the "white smile diet"?

hey! today, i'll be blogging about the "white smile diet" that is supposed to make your pearly whites brighter and whiter! here are some things you DO:
1. eating crunchy fruits and veggies like apples, carrots, and celery, because they work as abrasives on your teeth. i would skip this if you have braces, like me and kate!
2. rub your teeth with a strawberry or orange peel! they polish your teeth.
3. eat or drink dairy like milk, yogurt, and cheese because they contain lactic acid which helps to prevent decay. again, i would also skip this if you are lactose-intolerant. (by the way, me and kate both aren't lactose-intolerant)

try to stay away from: coffee, tea, tobacco (eew.), red wine, blueberries, soda, and soy sauce, because they stain your teeth.

and, of course, brush your teeth and use mouthwash!

follow this and you'll gradually notice brighter, whiter teeth!
