my favorite healthy & unhealthy snacks.

hey guys! this is going to be a post on my favorite healthy AND unhealthy snacks. and yes, there will probably be more unhealthy choices than healthy ones, but you get the idea. kinda.. i hope so.. let's get started!
HEALTHY:

  • celery and ranch.
  • celery and organic peanut butter.
  • carrots and ranch.
  • apples and organic peanut butter.
  • salted cashews. (a handful is good for you, a gallon isn't, and get the ones salted with sea salt.)
  • water! it fills you up!
  • frozen yogurt with berries.
  • ranch-flavored wheat thins. (sorry, i can't take the regular flavor, but if you can, it's a teensy-weensy bit healthier, but not by much)
  • sunchips in garden salsa, harvest cheddar, french onion OR original. they are all good.
UNHEALTHY:

  • ice cream. 
  • vanilla pudding.
  • cheese-its
  • vitamin water. its not completely unhealthy, but it's not really healthy either, you know?
  • brownies.
  • cupcakes.
  • cake.
