HEALTHY:
- celery and ranch.
- celery and organic peanut butter.
- carrots and ranch.
- apples and organic peanut butter.
- salted cashews. (a handful is good for you, a gallon isn't, and get the ones salted with sea salt.)
- water! it fills you up!
- frozen yogurt with berries.
- ranch-flavored wheat thins. (sorry, i can't take the regular flavor, but if you can, it's a teensy-weensy bit healthier, but not by much)
- sunchips in garden salsa, harvest cheddar, french onion OR original. they are all good.
- ice cream.
- vanilla pudding.
- cheese-its
- vitamin water. its not completely unhealthy, but it's not really healthy either, you know?
- brownies.
- cupcakes.
- cake.
