Hey everyone, this is kate. and today i'm going to talk to you guys about weight. its a big topic. and some people just try to ignore it. well first, you have to relize that you can't ignore. second, that there is a solution to this problem. now personally i've dealt with this problem. and one thing that really helped was being active. it works! second, my mom got my dad a wii for his birthday two years ago and my mom also bought wii-fit. and i probably sound crazy now, but that little program helped me SO much. even if you do i little bit everyday, later you will se improvements.and third, EAT HEALTHY. i've cut back on my junk food and sweets. everyone has weakness in unhealthy food and mine is just sweets and rice pudding. i love rice pudding, thats my weakness. so if you can admit your weakness and say that you want to change your life style, then you're already on a great start:) and one more quick thing that works, get your family involved ** and go out on daily walks or bike-rides. DO SOMETHING.
i know this isnt really beauty, but to me this is beauty. being healthy and just feeling good about yourself and being PROUD OF YOURSELF is what I call beauty.
